Tournament Regulations

1 – Tournament Overview

1.1 – Purpose

The Tournament is designed to provide a fun evening of "serious" Rook to those who enjoy the card game. In the process, we honor the memory of the late Larry Smith, who loved to play the game. We also recognize those individuals who excel in such a competitive environment.

1.2 – Date

The Tournament is scheduled each year on the Saturday in September that falls closest to the birthday of Larry's wife Masel Smith.

1.3 – Location

The Tournament is held at the home of Paula & Rod Hovater in Roswell, Georgia.
